On August 26, the Anhui Provincial Energy Bureau issued the "Notice on Further Promoting the Orderly Development of Distributed Photovoltaic Standards", which gave new requirements for distributed photovoltaic management.
The document points out that new ground photovoltaic power stations with a record of less than 6 megawatts (including photovoltaic power station projects built using pit pond water surface, combined with agricultural greenhouses, livestock breeding, etc.) are included in the annual construction scale management, and projects not included in the annual construction scale shall not start construction or be connected to the grid.
Single point access less than 6 MW of industrial and commercial distributed photovoltaic projects (refers to the use of industrial and commercial enterprises own construction land within the scope of the roof or ground construction of distributed photovoltaic) and household photovoltaic projects, temporarily not included in the annual construction scale management.

In addition, less than 6 MW of ground photovoltaic power stations that have been filed before the issuance can start construction after the implementation of the grid access conditions, and those that have not been connected to the grid before the end of December 2023 will be managed according to the new project.
