2024
Actively exploring diversified business strategies in the new energy sector, Yunnan Pu'er has invested in the implementation of a 5GW photovoltaic module manufacturing and related supporting projects; multiple projects have reached major milestones throughout the year, including the full-capacity grid connection of the Lushan Yaodian 100MW project, the grid connection of the Chengde 200MW integrated energy storage project, the imminent grid connection of the Dingbian Zhongyu Gaoheng 120MW project, and substantial progress in non-performing business; the company's management decisions are becoming increasingly mature, and the group enterprise management system is gradually improving.
2023
In the field of distributed photovoltaics, establish equity cooperation with large high-quality enterprises; set up an overseas business department to enter overseas markets, focusing on Southeast Asian countries such as Bangladesh and the Philippines; officially designate the power station's non-performing business as a new business direction; undertake the 180MW agricultural tourism photovoltaic storage project in Heizhiguo Wuzhu, Guangnan, Yunnan.

2018
"Affected by the '530' policy, the development of the distributed photovoltaic business stalled. The company actively adjusted its direction, shifted to national poverty alleviation projects, and undertook its first photovoltaic poverty alleviation project, helping 51 impoverished villages in the area to escape poverty; the company's main personnel relocated to Zhengzhou, and in the same year, the Zhengzhou office was renamed the Business Department, with business extending to ground photovoltaic projects."
2017

Extending from the overall construction business of photovoltaic power stations to the business development of distributed projects, participating in the development and construction of the Jianghuai Automobile rooftop photovoltaic project; developing rooftop distributed photovoltaic projects for BAIC New Energy Vehicles, Luoning Apache, Xiji Elevator, etc.; obtaining the Level 3 general contracting qualification for power construction.
