On July 27, the National Energy Administration released the construction and operation of photovoltaic power generation in the first half of 2023. Shanghai: PV installed capacity to reach 4.07 million kW by 2025
On August 7, the Shanghai Municipal Government released the Shanghai Clean Air Action Plan.
