On July 4, 2023, the 130MW photovoltaic projects of Dingbian Longpan, Jingke and Tianruida invested and constructed by Hebei Jiantou Guorong Energy Service Co., Ltd., constructed by Sichuan Electric Power Design Consulting Co., Ltd. and constructed by Xuchang JingSen Electric Co., Ltd., successfully passed the completion acceptance. The units participating in this acceptance include Hebei Jiantou Energy Investment Co., Ltd., Hebei Jiantou Guorong Energy Service Co., Ltd., Sichuan Electric Power Design Consulting Co., Ltd., Hebei Zhongyuan Engineering Project Management Co., Ltd., and Xuchang JingSen Electric Co., Ltd.
The project acceptance leading group consists of Su Yaokai, general manager of Hebei Jiantou Guorong, Wei Zhonghua, energy manager of Hebei Jiantou Guorong, Tian Aibing, manager of Hebei Jiantou Guorong's engineering department, Zhang Kewei, manager of Hebei Jiantou Guorong's production and operation department, Jiao Lijun, manager of Hebei Jiantou Guorong's safety supervision department, and Liu Bo, manager of Dingbian Longpan Jingke Tianruida project.
From 8:00 to 12:00 on July 4, the project quality group, performance test group, safety and data group and external experts of the completion acceptance Committee of dingbian longpan jingke tianruida photovoltaic project listened to the work reports of the general contracting units, design, supervision, construction, operation and other participating units of dingbian longpan jingke tianruida photovoltaic project, and inspected the on-site project construction and equipment operation.
From 13:00 to 18:00 on July 4, the completion acceptance Committee organized a completion acceptance meeting. The meeting held that the Dingbian Longpan Jingke Tianruida Photovoltaic Project strictly implemented various acceptance work in accordance with the "Code for Acceptance of Photovoltaic Power Generation Projects" (GBT50796), met the acceptance specifications and requirements, strictly fulfilled various approval procedures for project construction, and the project construction was legal and compliant, qualified in quality, and passed special acceptance such as environmental protection and water conservation. The project will complete grid-connected power generation on December 29, 2021 and 240-hour trial operation on October 6, 2022. The construction process will be constructed in strict accordance with the design requirements. The project quality meets the design and contract requirements. The equipment is stable in operation. The project construction meets the requirements for commissioning assessment. The documents and materials required for the completion of the project are complete, the project file management is standardized, and the completion acceptance conditions have been met.
Dingbian Longpan Jingke Tianruida Photovoltaic Project is located in Baojing Village, Bainijing Town, Dingbian County, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province, covering an area of more than 3300 mu. The photovoltaic array area of the project consists of 34 power generation units and uses 660W single-sided monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic modules, totaling 197040 pieces. 2 circuits of 35kV overhead collector line and 1 circuit of 35kV buried cable line are used to lead to the existing 35kV power distribution device of 110kV booster station.
After the project is put into operation, the project can provide 157.4468 million kW h of clean electric energy for the power grid every year. compared with coal-fired power plants of the same scale, the standard coal 47300 tce is saved every year. the standard coal price is calculated at 600 yuan/tce, which can reduce the energy cost by 28.3 million yuan/a compared with thermal power generation. It can reduce CO₂ emissions by about 121100 tons, SO₂ emissions by about 928.2t, and NOX emissions by about 4988.3t each year. In addition, it can also save water and reduce corresponding wastewater emissions every year, which is of great significance to promote energy conservation and emission reduction.
